A Flux Cored wire that’s deposit reduces a metal on metal wear and mild abrasion. To be used on carbon steel and low alloy steels. Can be used in singles pass or multiple layers with proper pre heat interpass temperatures.
Can be used for all positions except for overhead welding.
Typical uses include bucket lips, dredge parts and crane wheels. Mainly for abrasive hard facing.
Other wires recommended as per customer requirement.
Shielding Gas to be used – Argon/CO2 mixed gas.
